We understand that as a customer, you want your products shipped out as quickly as possible. It is also imperative to know in what time frame they will arrive to your customers' doorstep.
In order to be transparent with our customer, our products are “printed-on-demand /custom” which mean these products take time to process, print and ship to you.
First, we process the order — Once your order is in our system it goes through a series of checks and is then ready for the printing process.
Second, we print. We make every item to order, so sometimes this step might take a couple of days, depending on volume. Once your order is in this phase we can not cancel or change the order.
Third, we package your order and ready to be shipped out. At this point, the tracking number will be emailed to you. The shipping details are not updated till the carrier picks up the package and it is scanned at the sorting center. This could take 12-24 hours for the scans to show.
A tracking number will be provided so you can track your package as many times per day as you wish once the item is processed and shipped.
LOCAL TAX / VAT NOTICE
Please note that some countries (such as the UK, Europe and Canada) charge import duty / VAT which may be payable on delivery.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are unfortunately out of our control.
We cannot pre-pay individual country taxes, and will not cover them if items are stopped.
USA orders are not taxed and Australian orders have GST factored into the price.
