These items are made by our printing partner from Holland who running a printing facility in Shaoxing, China.

I know you're probably thinking that the inferior quality of the products made in China compares to other items that were made in the USA/ EU, but believe me, we used to have a partnership with printing facilities in the USA & EU but their quality is terrible & gave us unhappy customers.

About our partner in China, he showed all the eco-friendly solutions they had, non-toxic fabrics they use, how they do business, who their employees are, work ethics, commitment, and so on. I couldn't be happier and the quality is so far above everything else I've tried and you can read the reviews, people love them as well. So that's exactly why I use them, they are a small company and don't produce huge quantities so the price is a little higher but I think it's well worth it for the outcome.

If you placed an order and have not received your confirmation email, there’s a chance it could have ended up in your spam folder. If the email did, in fact, end up in your spam folder, make sure to mark it as 'not spam' in order to receive future order updates. If you can't locate the order confirmation email in your spam folder, please contact our Customer Support Team and make sure to include the email address associated with the order.

Typically, when a transaction is declined, it's because the billing address provided did not match the billing address of the payment method being used. Other common issues are zip codes, expiration dates and CCV/security codes. Please make sure that the payment information entered at check out matches the information associated with the payment method being used. When a card is declined on our end, a pending charge might appear in the customer's online bank account. Don't worry, these charges usually do not go through, and the funds will be returned to the account at the banks discretion.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for any international customs duty fees and taxes that may be incurred during the shipping process. If you have additional questions regarding international shipping, please contact our Customer Support Team.

We do offer express shipping for our cut & sew products that was manufactured & shipped from oversea facility that we have partnered with.

Currently, this upgrade from standard shipping is only for U.S, Canada & Australia customers. Any orders of cut & sew products over $140 (U.S. Australia & Canada Customers) will be shipped using DHL Express without any fees.

Average shipping time with this method is 1-3 days. Most orders will arrive in 2 days. Some orders can get up to 3 days if the flight is overloaded and your order has to wait an extra day (this is more typical during the holiday season or due to certain situation such as global COVID-19 pandemic issue ).

Please keep in mind, the production period of the items still applies. DHL Express orders require a customer phone number to ship the order. This way, they can always follow up with the customer in case they are not home, or if there is any other delivery issue. So if your order does not have a customer phone number, you will not be able to upgrade it.

Depending on your location, we use either USPS, DHL Global Mail, e-Packet or DHL Express to ship the product to you.

Shipping rates depend on weight and shipping destination. Once you reach the checkout page, you're able to enter the shipping destination and see additional shipping methods and their rates. As always, all domestic and international orders over $100 ship for free (standard shipping).

Since we use different partners it might be that you ordered two different types of products or the package was too large to ship in one. These are shipped out as soon as they are ready and each package receives their own tracking number so you can always see where the other part of your package is. If you dont have a tracking email open the order confirmation email we sent you and click on 'My order' from there you can find the shipping number or please check your junk email.

Returns and exchanges

Sports Family HQ is committed to customer satisfaction. We want to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchased. If you have issues or problems with your item, you must contact us via email within 72 hours of the item being delivered to your address. Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged (printed aesthetic or damaged item). For apparel items, size exchanges accepted for once only and for the same design. Please allow at least 3-7 business days for us to send the products to you as we do not have inventory on hand.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF you want a refund/return because you "changed your mind". We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry. *Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
